Working as a Practicing Company Secretary, FCS Bharat Hassani is an Fellow Company Secretary (FCS) Member of Institute of Company Seretaries of India (ICSI). He is possessing Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Bachelor’s Degree in Law. He is having experience of more than 7 years of serving the Industry. While serving to the industry, FCS Bharat Hassani got a bright chance to work with and under the guidance of experienced and well known Professionals. Presently, FCS Bharat Hassani is working as Practicing Company Secretary and serving as Proprietor and Managing Head of M/s Bharat Hassani & Associates, Company Secretaries.
He is an active member of ICSI and was awarded with the Green Certificate by Northern India Regional Council (NIRC) of ICSI for his active participation in the various activities conducted for the year 2015. Earlier, he was the member of Training and educational facilities Committee of NIRC of ICSI for the year 2014. He was also an invitee in the NIRCs Editorial Board for year 2015. He was member of Corporate Law Committee of NIRC of ICSI for the year 2016 & 2017.F
